The Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable, founded in 1979, is a forum for women leaders to gather insights on broad economic issues, examine their implications, and take action in our individual communities and lives.

Membership is invitational with a maximum of 130 active women leaders with diverse personal characteristics and career experiences including women from large and small businesses, government, the professions, and the non-profit sector.

Monthly meetings offer an opportunity for women to hear from thought leaders and to gain insights that inform us as leaders in the region, nationally, and internationally. Dialogue and interaction at meetings and social events forge professional and personal relationships with other women leaders in Minnesota.

Women in Corporate Leadership

Together with St. Catherine University, the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable produces the Minnesota Census of Women in Corporate Leadership report to promote women’s roles in corporate leadership positions. Our goal: By the year 2020, Minnesota’s top public companies will have boards that include at least 20 percent women.
